This is a beautiful cigar from the Dominican Republic.
It has an even burn and easy draw.
Flavour profile: nutty, caramel and sweetness in the final third.
Avo cigars achieve their complex characteristics from a variety of Dominican binder and filler leaves, as well as tobaccos from Nicaragua and Peru.
Cigars don’t just have to be enjoyed with spirits, it can also be a culinary experience. I enjoyed this cigar with a fig and caramelised onion pizza, so the sweet flavours from the cigar complimented the sweet flavours in the pizza.
This might be weird to some people but I believe that the only right way to enjoy a cigar is to do it the way you like it. Whether it be with alcohol or food.
